My experience with DigitalChalk has been more than I could have hoped for. I feel thrilled to have found a venue that so matches my needs. I am developing and presenting state accredidation classes for the cosmetology industries continuing education requirements. The format that DigitalChalk gives, allows me to present my web-based classes online with a mix of text and video. I love that I have the option to present a demonstration during a class and that it is timed and so professional. The service has been awesome. I have had help every step of the way, and all my questions, no matter how low-tech I thought they were, were answered with clarity, sensitivity and care. I have dealt with several staff and they are all so extraordinary in their customer service areas.
